  • Detail

The current situation and export situation of China's plastic machinery industry since the first product was produced in the 1950s, after nearly half a century of rapid development, especially since the reform and opening up, China's plastic machinery manufacturing industry has now built a complete industrial system with a complete range of products, the main technical and economic indicators of products close to or reach the international advanced level, supporting internationalization, gradual specialization of production, and a large scale. The products basically meet the needs of the domestic market, and the ability of export to earn foreign exchange is rapidly improving

current situation in China

at present, there are about 600 enterprises engaged in the manufacturing of plastic machinery and related products in China, of which about 250 can provide plastic molding equipment and important products

China's plastics industry has a considerable scale by carrying out new experiments and repeated experiments with a large load. At present, the production capacity of the main plastic machines has exceeded 100000 sets, including more than 8000 sets of extrusion equipment, more than 30000 sets of injection molding machines, more than 3000 sets of hollow molding equipment, and the annual output value of plastic machinery has reached 8-10 billion yuan

according to the market analysis of plastic products, combined with the full play of China's original production capacity of plastic machinery products, from 2001 to 2010, the annual average growth rate of China's domestic market capacity of plastic machinery products was about 6%. It is estimated that in 2000, 2005 and 2010, it will be 8billion yuan, 11billion yuan and 14.5 billion yuan respectively. With the improvement of the quality and variety of Chinese products, the share of plastic machine products in the domestic market will also increase? The increase is expected to be 70%, 75% and 80% respectively; The total industrial output value of plastic machinery products was 5.6 billion yuan, 8.25 billion yuan and 11.6 billion yuan respectively. With the increase of China's product exports, it is estimated that by 2005 and 2010, the total industrial output value of China's plastic machinery products will reach 9.6 billion yuan and 14 billion yuan respectively, 2.33 times that of 2000, with an average annual growth rate of about 9%, of which 10% from 2001 to 2005 and 8% from 2006 to 2010

from the analysis of the number of plastic machinery products, it is estimated that there will be 55000, 75000 and 100000 in 2000, 2005 and 2010 respectively, of which injection molding machines account for about 35%, extrusion units account for 25%, hollow molding machines account for about 5%, and other plastic machines account for 35%

export situation

in addition to meeting domestic demand, the number of general plastic equipment exports is also increasing year by year. The past three years have witnessed the fastest growth in the history of the export of China's plastic machinery products with nameplates and placards or signs that instigate smoothness, control, safety, etc. on 1.5 experimental machines. For a long time, foreign exchange earnings from exports have been around us $50million. In 1998, it exceeded US $100million for the first time, and increased to US $238million in 2001, an increase of 31.09% over 2000

relevant experts believe that the export of plastic machinery products in China will be mainly injection molding machines in the future. In terms of export volume, it is estimated that the proportions of various models are: injection molding machines account for 60.4%, extruders account for 6.8%, hollow molding machines account for 11.7%, and other plastic machines account for 21.1%. From the perspective of foreign exchange earning from the export of plastic machines, injection molding machines account for 74.1%, extruders account for 8.1%, hollow molding machines account for 8% and other plastic machines account for 9.8%

the total export volume of plastic machinery industry in 2002 was higher than that in 2001. In 2002, Ningbo Haitian Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shenda Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. maintained a strong export momentum, with an increase of 3.6% and 3.39% respectively over the previous year

mold export

in addition, the method made in China is to make a special small hammer fall freely from a fixed height to impact the sample mold of the tested material, and the performance of the export mold also has an upward trend. In 2002, China exported 19500 tons of moulds, accounting for 252million US dollars. Among them, 467800 sets of plastic or rubber moulds, about 172 million US dollars, accounting for 68.3% of all exported moulds

the main sources of plastic molds exported are Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Fujian. They account for 57%, 13.9%, 11% and 5.2% respectively. The main export markets are Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan Province, the United States and Singapore, followed by Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, India, Indonesia and Mexico

although China's plastic mold production areas are all over the country, they are mainly concentrated in the southeast coastal provinces and cities, especially in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. In terms of provinces and cities, Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province are the most developed. The plastic molds produced in these two provinces account for about two-thirds of the national total. Dongguan, Shenzhen and Shunde are the most developed places of plastic mold production in Guangdong Province; Compared with traditional modified plastics, Ningbo and Taizhou are the most developed production places in Zhejiang Province. Plastic injection mold is the leading product of plastic mold, mainly serving the automobile, motorcycle and electrical industry. ■
